A home from home

The Living Room

With a half-round upper window, French doors to the courtyard garden and Farrow & Ball pastel painted walls, the living room's light and airy. And, with an antique French day-bed sofa and a William IVth high-backed upholstered library chair, it's a comfortable space where you can talk or write or read.

Radiators heated by environmentally-friendly solar panels keep the cottage warm and cosy, with a woodburner providing 'fireside comfort' (there's a complementary basket of logs). There's no television, but the cottage has free Wi-Fi, so you can stay in touch, even when you're away from it all. You'll also find our library of local books and guides for education and inspiration!

The Galley Kitchen

Tailor-made with a slate worktop and gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher built-in, the kitchen's well thought through, with all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils you'll either want or need.

The Gallery Bedroom

A lovely maple-floored mezzanine space reached by a metal spiral staircase and lit by a half-round casement window in the gable above. Glass balustrading keeps the area open and connects you with the double height living area beyond. There's quality linen on the king-size bed which can convert into two twins, if you choose - just let us know and we'll set it up for you.

The Bathroom

There's a lovely deep white bath set on a floor of quarry tiles, with chrome mixer tap and hand shower. Relax, luxuriate, enjoy. There's also a washing machine here discretely tucked away.

The Courtyard Garden

Reached by the living room's French doors is a lovely flag-stoned garden with outdoor table and chairs. A great place to enjoy breakfast, or a summer evening's gin and tonic.

Off-Road Parking

Ludlow Holiday Cottage has the convenience and security of off-road parking. Just pull in and park up, then use the private access to the property itself.
